His work has included demolition, hazardous materials abatement, contaminated soil remediation, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

Keith is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years of experience in transforming companies to achieve their best financial results and performance. A proven track record in creating shareholder value through change management, business transformation, performance improvement and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, Garry has succeeded at senior leadership positions, including CEO, President, SVP, Board Director, and various general management roles, across diverse business landscapes encompassing large corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and entrepreneurial ventures. 

Eric brings nearly three decades of experience in construction, having launched and led multiple successful ventures across Ontario. Over the past 16 years, he has grown a specialized environmental contracting company focused on hazardous materials abatement, demolition, civil work, and spill response. Under his leadership, the business transitioned from residential projects to primarily serving the industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) sectors. With a strong commitment to in-house service delivery and sustainable waste diversion practices, Eric continues to lead high-performing teams across a wide range of complex pre-construction environments.
